We are professionals in education, psychology, and behavioral development- but most importantly we are parents.

Our Founders
-
Erin Laster M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Erin is a licensed special education teacher and Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience in child development and behavior. Erin’s other full time job is a gourmet chef (chicken nuggets anyone?), chauffeur, cheerleader, and house referee to 3 kids of her own, while miraculously finding ways to connect with her husband, entertain the Pomeranian, and keep her own sanity (sometimes).
-
Anya Killingsworth M.Ed
Anya is a mom, educator, business owner, and a private zoo keeper: one little human, two dogs, a school of fish, a route of snails, and a garden-full of earthworms. Parenthood motivates her to improve on her caregiver, teacher, and management skills. Yet, as a mom of an only child she also gets to do what she’d possibly never try on her own: practicing a perfect wolf howl, having a picnic in a tree, learning to swim, and even picking up archery.

Ken Killingsworth Phd, BCBA, LBA
Ken received his PhD in Psychology from UNR, and is co-owner of Helix Behavioral Services in Reno. Ken has also honed the art of being a goofy dad and embarrassing his son in public. He is a master of snacks and bad accent impressions. In his spare time he pretends he knows how to play soccer, is the greatest mediocre guitar player, and hikes to find the best views in Reno.
